UK inflation rises to 3.5% in September, highest since October 2025

Investing.com -- British consumer prices rose 0.4% in September from August, above the 0.3% forecast, taking annual inflation to 3.5% from 3.1% and its highest since October 2025, official data showed on Wednesday.
